Have you ever imagine that a small place like Kosovo can be a route for traveling different criminalities and different banded stuff? well if you never thought about that its time to start doing something on this direction because this little place like Kosovo began to be an main route of human trafficking and drugs.
yesterday Kosovo(UNMIK) customs used to identify an Truck with 400kg cocaine with origin from Venezuela(if I’m not wrong) which was trying to depart Kosovo border and enter to Macedonia and then proceed to Green. The truck was loaded with ink and colors bottles but actually those bottles used to have more white flour then ink.....
anyway fortunately, our Customs used to suspect that there where drugs loaded but the stupid dogs couldn’t smell it because of colors smell; and because our customs do not had a scanner (due to poor budget and lots of corruption); our police used to escort the truck to Macedonian side and use to cooperate with them and after scanning they found those 400kg drugs on total amount of 400000000 dollars.
maybe you will say: "damn lot of money" but i said "damn lot of saved life" because if that drug ever reached the destination, and delivered to costumers, imagine all those young using and dying of it.....
finding and stopping those contrabandists was the success of day which day otherwise was quite.....hmmm
However; today been a gloomy day... which started with an tragedy.... Two kids got burn on the Fushe Kosove.. a small city near to capital Prishtina... the fire started as a result of forgetting the heat on while sleeping... on the house where a woman sleeping with her three kids but after the fire become big she could take just one of her kids outside while two other died... and got burned...
Prishtina firefighters got very late on scene and they where complaining that they do not have a necessarily tools to act and also due to distance of cities they couldn't achieve to get on time and save those little children’s life.... all what i can say on this case is that things happends.... but if something bad starts happening to you in Kosovo....not you never wait help of institutions....they will always be late...

Happy New Year
I love Peace
Hello..... Happy New Year...boooooooooo
"Better later…. then never" it's an old Albanian word that I'm using today to start my writing for new year.... by knowing that I'm a little bit late on this greeting.... Like every year, this one started same way as every day...no power....no TV....no night life.... accept more noises, more "bombs" and more people on city...... which you cant believe how many peoples were walking down the streets without any reason, just walking. Since I had a day off I thought I can get out and see what’s new.... I was hoping for a little bit fun by thinking that there will be any celebration on city or any music event but I was wrong. There were nothing organized by municipality or any music group....hmmmm nothing new..... the only difference on city was the big pine tree on middle of the city, in front of Municipality Building, which had some light and I was thinking by my self who was that idiot that put them there because they looked so ugly without any thing else.... but my thought got interrupted when something exploded on my face.... it was those little bombs that children’s and some big guys uses to have fun.... I got scared to death.... I was almost doing my pee...pee.....on my pantaloons....
but anyway I passed this on and I stopped to an store to bye an newspaper..... the topic of all newspapers was HAPPY NEW YEAR---YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE.... well when I sow that title I was ready to scream from happiness, but then I remember that last year they use to have same topic and this scared me…. I thought by my self that what will happened if next year going to be the same topic again and again….
After I meet with friends and have a cup of coffee I got back home where my brother was decorating the pine tree and he asked for help so I took a balloons and can you imagine that even on balloons where written “Kosovo-Live-Independence”… GOD…… this is really something that this people like and I asked what if this will not happened on 2007.???!!!!
I was looking TV when a power went off. I couldn’t believe this… the KEK management bombed us with disinformation that we gonna have electricity all night and they couldn’t wait even 21:00 o’clock to cut it…… everybody at home got nervous when a phone ringed…we got a call from by brother from Iraq which has almost two months working there which called to send us greeting for new year since there used to become 00:00 am.
I was trying to send some sms greeting but there was no way to get anyone on the phone due to low network of our telephony operator… and can you believe that we have the highest prices on the world of mobile service….
However, the whole story of the last hour of 2006 were nothing comparing to the beginning minutes of the 2007.
I’m still skeptic if new year came here because I’m sure it was scared from all those weapons, and bullets that got fired for new year.
The whole city was on fire like when we was on war 1999. It doesn’t make sense what kind of celebration is this…. Getting on balcony and fire bullets…… and hearing this fires make me understand how hard is to keep a peace and law on one territory when everyone is armed.
Anyway today is 3rd January and the life goes on…… hope next year will get better…… and also hope Kosovo will get independence and that my people next year will have balloons with wishes for better life, better power, better mobile services, better economy and better and better… wishes that every European and American have. I want my people to have this kind of dreams not Ballkan’s dream.
