I won’t go back in history to tell what March means in Kosova. To be short, here it comes my question which I was trying to find answer for one month ago…” what will happened this march”?????? Will happen another war???!!!! Did will happen another riot??!!! It looks not! People of Kosova is calm down and is waiting to see what will happened with negotiations, otherwise they don’t want to happen another “Riot March”, because they know that this will “hit” Kosova and the International Community will punish them again and this will effect bad for Kosova status… In addition, dynamic process of determining the status of Kosova is acceptable for Kosovars so there is not any reason for having riots again. (LESSON LEARNED on 2004).
Otherwise, It looks political elite in Kosova didn’t learn lesson… telling the truth this changes on Government (but not in parliament) should happened long time ago, but NOT ON MARCH… maybe is just a dread that is created on our minds but MARCH seams to be portentous for Kosova.... therefore Kosova’s leaders should think about Kosova not about their chairs. I know how difficult is for one politician to give resignation but (even if I didn’t like that) Daci should give his resignation and let situation calm. Kosova is more important then individuals and carriers so Mr. Daci and Mr. Kosumi hope this March will end with your resignations and not like last times.

"One day we must come to see that peace is not merely a distant goal we seek, but that it is a means by which we arrive at that goal.
We must pursue peaceful ends through peaceful means".Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
I really like this one:

COMPLICATED
I love Peace
“I see around and this is what I see” this is how J.Bon Jovi is singing now … I'm listening to him and… reading newspapers and I see that really the things in Kosova are going “Complicated”….
Well, our Prime have give a resignation before two days and the majority party LDK has announce Kolë Berisha as a replacement of Nexhat Daci Head of Kosova Assembly. Daci still didn’t give his resignation but anyhow is the right of his party to exempt a head of parliament (by constitutional of Kosova).
New Prime will be KPC General Agim Çeku.
I can say that Ceku is right person for running Kosova at this time. He was the only one that has fulfilled KPC standard 100%, including and minority’s integration on KPC. In addition, he is not rude person as some neighbor politicians have described him. He used to work for good of Kosova since the war started. Anyway, he used to fight against Serbia’s terror not against Serbs that lives in Kosova. Anyway, they who don’t like Kosova’s good, they don’t like even me or you or anyone that thinks and works for making Kosova better.
However, I can’t really say the reason for all this changes on the institutions that are going on now. Things are “complicated”. All I can say is that I wasn’t happy with our Kosumi’s work because he didn’t done as much as one government should do for his state. Anyway, that seams to be complicated to me is about changing Mr. Daci with Kola. I can’t believe they did that! Daci was good politician (even if this last months he was ruling Parliament like his home), but anyway he didn’t deserve this treatment.
Otherwise, there is not any sympathy on public for Kolë Berisha (don’t get me wrong but even Catholics do not support him) so if there was a point to nominate on catholic on this position is OK but he is not the right person (I would prefer Mark Krasniqi on this place before Kolë Berisha). Nevertheless, “nobody can’t say we can’t go on”, it’s something democratic to replace heads of institutions even hope there won’t be any old minister on the Ceku cabinet except Lutfi Haziri. All others DO NOT deserve to sit again their .... on those chairs.

An e-mail
I love Peace
These days, I and my work colleges received one e-mail from one American who used to work with us in Kosova for almost three years. What’s make him different from others was the fact that he used to know a lot about Balkans history. Now he is far away from here, he is on Iraq and when he heard about our President Rugova’s death he send us this e-mail to offer his sincery condolences.
I want to thank him and same time I want to share that e-mail with all readers of my blogg. Thanks Gery..
Here is a paper:
"First I offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of President Rugova. If Kosova attains independence, which I think likely, that will be his great legacy. Albanians in general and Kosovars in particular had been portrayed as barbaric savages and ruthless killers. Blood feuds, the Kanun of Lek, the Kacak bands of Azem Behta and Shota and others, the lawless Drenica Valley with the Jashari's and Tahir Mejha (I am sure my spelling is wrong on some of this) and on and on. Those are the kinds of things the world heard, if they heard anything at all, and it was written by enemies of Albanians. But that is all people heard so they believed it. Not all of it. Not that Albanians had only recently climbed down from the trees and lost their tails as some Serbian Nationalist wrote but your people were perceived as bloodthirsty and uncivilized.
Then in the late 1990's Kosova came to the clear attention of the world. The media, especially television, brought your beautiful homeland into people's living rooms and they could see and hear for themselves what was happening. They saw the Trepca miners marching in peaceful protest to Prishtina. They saw Albanian villages in flames. They saw almost a million people herded onto trains or riding on tractors to refugee camps and they saw slaughtered civilians in places like Racak. They asked themselves "who are the civilized ones and who are the bloodthirsty ones?" I think that was mostly because of Ibrahim Rugova.
I know that your people have always been brave. They have fought against overwhelming odds throughout your history. I know many wanted to fight. That they were willing to die for their families and beliefs and freedom. I think that were it not for Dr. Rugova that is what would have happened. The world would have seen mayhem from both sides and not have gotten emotionally involved because of what had been said about Kosovars in the past. The Serbs would have only been defending them-selves against barbarians just as Milosevic said. That is what Milosevic wanted to happen, what he thought would happen. If he could provoke the Kosovars into full scale war he felt he could justify cleansing the land of them. But Rugova defeated him. He used passive resistance, a tactic I believe was totally foreign to the Albanian psyche, that the Serbian Nationalists were helpless against. He has been called the 'Gandhi of the Balkans' and he was as successful as Mohandas Gandhi was in India. I know the KLA (UCK) formed and resisted but by then the damage to Milosevic had been done. By then resistance was seen as justified and understandable.
Today Kosova is on the verge of probable independence. I believe that were it not for Ibrahim Rugova it wouldn't be. If Kosova does attain independence people will be thanking Bill Clinton and Wesley Clark and NATO among others. None of them had as much to do with it as Dr. Rugova. I think only one other person had as much to do with your freedom as President Rugova. Ironically that person is Slobodan Milosevic. Were it not for him and his policies I doubt it would be much different than it was 20 years ago. You have a big statue of Skanderbiu in Prishtina. I imagine you will soon have another of Dr. Rugova. I know that nobody will agree with me but I think you should have a third one (a small one) to Milosevic. It should read "Slobo! WE the People of the Democratic Republic of Kosova thank you for our Freedom and Independence." I understand he has high blood pressure. I imagine if he found out about that he would have a stroke. If you do attain independence I think it is a shame that President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova didn't live to see the fruit from the tree of freedom he planted".

Kosova with new President
I love Peace
After the death of president Rugova, Kosova need new president. With constitute the president should be elected within three month and until then president of parliament needs to replace him. But it looks this week the parliament of Kosova will vote for new president since LDK(the largest party in Kosova) has pronounced the new candidate for President. He is Fatmir Sejdiu.
Here is his biography:
Fatmir Sejdiu was born on 23 October 1951 in the village of Pakashtice in the Pudujeve Municipality. He lives in Prishtina with his family. He is married with three sons.
After the war in Kosova, Sejdiu earned his PhD in law. Currently, he teaches History of State and Law at Prishtina University's Law Faculty and Department of Political Science.
Prof Sejdiu's political biography starts with the formation of the Democratic League of Kosova [LDK] [in 1989]. Since then, he has been LDK secretary general for two four-year terms, while at the party's last congress he was elected member of the LDK Presidency
Sejdiu has been a member of the Kosova Assembly's presidency for two terms. On many occasions he has chaired Assembly sessions, standing in for Assembly Speaker Nexhat Daci.
In addition to being on the Assembly's presidency, Sejdiu has been a member of Assembly commissions on the Assembly's Working Regulations and for International Cooperation and EU Integration. As a legal expert, he participated in the drafting of the Constitutional Framework for Kosova.
Prof Sejdiu speaks English and French.
I hope parliament will vote him for president because he is the right person to lead Kosova on this time. He has prudence to judge, he has intelligence to think and knowledge to speak so this is something very important for one leader. He is very good professor and good person also.
Professor I wish you all the best. I will pray for your success and God help you to lead Kosova in a properly way to win independence and to bring a PEACE for everyone in Kosova.
GOD blesses you….

Kosovo Mourns the Loss of President Rugova
I love Peace

Rugova, icon of the ethnic Albanian drive to win independence from Serbia, died on Saturday, January 21, 2006. Rugova, 61, was diagnosed with lung cancer in September 2005 and had been undergoing treatment at his residence in Pristina
Following is a short biography:
Ibrahim Rugova was born on 02 December 1944 at the Cerrcë village, municipality of Istog, in Kosova.
On 10 January 1945, Yugoslav Communists summarily executed his father, Ukë Rugova, and his grandfather, Rrustë Rugova.
Ibrahim Rugova finished secondary schooling in Peja in 1967. He graduated at the Faculty of Philosophy - Department of Albanian Studies - of the University of Prishtina in 1971. Mr. Rugova spent an academic year (1976-77) in Paris at the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes under the supervision of Prof. Roland Barthes, pursuing his scholarly interests in the study of literature, focussing on literary theory.
Ibrahim Rugova earned his Ph.D. degree in literature in 1984 at the University of Prishtina.
In 1996, Dr. Rugova was elected a correspondent member of the Kosova Academy of Arts and Sciences, the top Kosovar institution of scholarship and science.
Author of ten books, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova was initially an editor with the Prishtina-based students' newspaper Bota e re (New World) and the magazine Dituria (Knowledge, 1971-72). After that, for almost two decades, Dr. Rugova was with the Institute for Albanian Studies in Prishtina, initially as a junior, later as a senior research fellow in literature. He served some time as an editor-in-chief of the Institute’s periodical Gjurmime albanologjike (Albanian Research).
Dr. Rugova was elected president of the Kosova Writers Association in 1988, which was to prove as a strong nucleus of the mounting Albanian opposition movement to the Serbian/Yugoslav Communist rule in Kosova.
As an outspoken intellectual, Dr. Rugova was on 23 December 1989 elected president of the Democratic League of Kosova (LDK), the first political party in Kosova to directly challenge the ruling Communist regime. The LDK became soon the leading political force in Kosova, as it assembled the vast majority of the people, although other parties and groupings emerged in the meantime.
Under the leadership of Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, the LDK - in cooperation with other Albanian political forces in Kosova and in the former Yugoslavia, as well as the Assembly of Kosova - completed the legal framework for the institutionalization of the independence of Kosova. The Declaration of Independence (2 July 1990), the proclamation of Kosova as a republic and the adoption of its constitution (7 September 1990), the national referendum on Kosova’s independence and sovereignty conducted in late September 1991, were a prelude to the first multiparty parliamentary and presidential elections in the Republic of Kosova held on 24 May 1992. The LDK won a sweeping majority of seats in the Parliament in which three other parties were represented, whereas Dr. Ibrahim Rugova was elected President of the Republic of Kosova with an overwhelming majority of votes.
Dr. Ibrahim Rugova was re-elected President of the Republic of Kosova in the elections held in March 1998. His party, LDK won most of the seats in the Parliament of the Republic that year.
The LDK won 58% of the vote in the internationally-sponsored local elections in post-war Kosova in October 2000.
Dr. Rugova is married and has three children.
International Awards
In 1995, Dr. Rugova was granted the peace award of the Paul Litzer Foundation in Denmark.
In 1996, Ibrahim Rugova was conferred the Honoris Causa degree by the University of Paris VIII – Sorbonne, France.
In 1998, Rugova was awarded the Sakharov Prize by the European Parliament for his peaceful policies.
In the year 1999, Rugova was granted the peace award of the city of Münster, Germany, and proclaimed honorary citizen of Venice, Milan, and Brecscia, Italy, respectively.
In the year 2000, Dr. Rugova was granted the Peace Prize of the Democratic Union of Catalonia “Manuel Carrasco i Formiguera”, in Barcelona, Spain.
As leader of Kosova in the last decade, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova met the foremost Western leaders, including US President Bill Clinton, French President Jacques Chirac, German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Spanish Prime Minister Asnar, Italian Prime Minister D’Alema, the Holy Father John Paul II, and others.

Happy, Happy, Happy New Year
I love Peace
8 days after New Year and I'm still very busy with old year work. 2005 year was very full work and responsibilities, many things that I had to finish last year and I really feel very tired this year. At least I started tired. I have lot of researches to do, lot of books to learn, lot of exams to prepare and I have lot of hours to work. I won’t have any minute free to go out, or to go on party or to watch any movie…
Anyway, I need to find time to watch TV, it is necessary on this time to watch news ‘cause lot of things are going on..
Now there is a political group that is working to determine agenda for the negotiations and all political sciences students know how importance is agenda for one political case. The bad thing that happened these days is that our president is very ill. There are few days that we are not seeing him anywhere.
No information’s. That’s all we know on these moments. I read on one newspaper that this week our president will continue with official work because he is feeling better but anyway I don’t believe to that kind of newspapers. They write everything they want even if that is not true. Anyway I would like this to be true. We really need our leaders to focus on Kosovo’s needs. I deplore for his illness but they need to give information’s. Kosovo need someone to lead this country and if his illness don’t let our president to continuo he need to let someone else that place. There are many meetings that are canceled, very important meeting for us and those international peoples went to Beograd and now they have just one side of the story and that’s very bad. We know that if you want to have a clear image you should know both sides of stories.
I feel very bad that our President is ill and I would like him to be able to run this country as he did for many years. Hope he will be good soon because time is going and if we stay and doing nothing we will fizzle out.
Anyway, hope this year will be good one; I have same things to do like last year: going school, going to work. These are two main things for this year. Go school, go work, read books, finish researches and samething day by day… anyway this is students life…..

History signifies about lot of wars on Balkan. This makes lot of scholar to call this place “gunpowder place”. Balkan were occupied from different Empires and the autochthon culture becomes a lot of exuberant and very interesting. Nevertheless, this war made the changes of border and consists of populations within States.
Because many big plans of different states for occupying all Balkan and making one big and strong state, the peoples of different ethnicities are antagonize with each other and this happened very long time ago. But unfortunately, lot of thinkgs are still smae and all the people of Balkan never stop seen like enemies because they always was rude to each others even if “someone” was innocent, even if “someone” was older here, even is “someone” didn’t like to fight. Somehow, that “someone” was enforced to heat, that “someone” was enforced to fight, and that “someone” was enforced to live on rude way because that “someone” was surrounded with bad peoples. However, something made these peoples to be raider, there was something that made these peoples to fight each other’s, and they fight just because they were/are COVETOUSNESS.
Ssomeone that does not know Balkan history, will laughs with me or will go on and will call me stupid, but that one that have read something about Balkan history from beginning or if used to live here will understand very well what I talking about.
There is not any example where all the Balkan people, sit together and to do a plan on good of all of them. Always they was separated, and even if two or three Balkan states made any plan that was on the bad of others states, and that’s because they always had on their mind to make their state biggest state in the Balkan(or all Balkan to be their state, just one state). Otherwise how do you call this accept COVETOUSNESS?
However, somehow today looks to be same. Even there are new international rules that are strictest then on old time, still little things are changed. These peoples still hate each other’s, they still look each other like enemies and the worst thing is that no one does not feel guilty. The truth has despaired on the historians lines somewhere on the lying books, and the new generation is growing up by saying that “we are right, they are bad”. The history does changed on same states, the historians didn’t wrote the truth and this is the hardest way how to convince that what they learned all their life was lie and that always they was leaving on lie?
And now time is knocking on the truths door, is hard to satisfy all of this peoples, they are different and there is not any easy way to make them same. They can be same just when they are equal, just on this way they will not be afraid to each other’s, because they cannot enforce each others. I know that always on one fight have winner and loser, I know that even on game somebody lose, but the winner needs to be loser anytime he cheat on game, or in fight the winner needs to be loser anytime he broke war rules. I know it can be dangerous when the victim will get strong, but not when it will get what deserve and not when there is conscientious victim. So it’s time to stop covetousness on Balkan and to stop disservice the victim because if this time the victim and aggressor will be trait same, people of Balkan will continuo to heat and then will be hard to cooperation for going toward for a good life without having someone to hate and to watch the back which will keep all those states on same place that they are now.
This time history needs to be written right and there won't be neccesary anymore to read between rows like this time on this post.

Another November date for Albanians !! ?
I love Peace
For 30/11/2005
Like I said some days before, November is month when Albanians have a lot of dates to celebrate, but this November something else happened. Its new date for Kosovars to celebrate and new date for history: Fatmir Limaj and Isak Musliu are free from Hague court. Everyone in Kosova was happy and everyone went on Prishtina for waiting them. Limaj and Musliu proved that are not guilty but Haradin Balaj not. He is convict from court with 13 years in prison because of torturing the prisoners and for breaking wars roles.
While everyone was celebrating for Fatmir’s and Musliu’s freedom I was staying and asking my self what all this peoples are doing like this? Did they hear that one of KLA soldiers is still in Hague and he will stay in prison next 13 years?

KOSOVARS MUST CREATE NEW IDENTITY FOR A NEW STATE AND THIS MEAN: NEW NATION.
I love Peace
I guess it’s time for Kosovars to make new identity, new nation for all of them who live n Kosova, like a lot of people done before us. If we want to be state we don’t need to call our self Albanian, Serbian, Turk, or gypsy especially when we are outside of Kosova. We all need to have one name KOSOVAR.
This maybe is not acceptable for Albanians that from separation from Albania since 1913 have tried to ignore the fact that they were separated and tried to save their identity but the “long time of separation” result to create new nations in whole the world like on this case new nation from the origin of Albania, so Kosovars nation. This is not unusual for them who understand the difference between “ethnicity” which is physical fact and “nation” which is political result. As far as ethnicity is communion of peoples with same language, same culture, within common territory but not necessarily organized on society, nation is more than this is able society to create state but not necessarily based on ethnicity. For, example: American nation or Canadian nation or Australian, nations which are created based on the multiethnic people. And lot of cases when one nation is created based on the ethnical origin. Also there are lots of cases when from one ethnical people are created two or more nations like for example: from Rumanian ethnicity result nation of Rumanian and nation of Moldavian, from Serbian ethnicity result Serbian nation and Montenegro nation, or from Bulgarian ethnicity result Bulgarian nation and Macedonian nation or from Greek ethnicity result Greek nation and Cypriote nation etc…etc. As well as there are some cases when from one ethnical people are created lots of nations like for example from German ethnicity result German nation + Austrian nation + Swiss+ Luxembourgian nation or from Arabic ethnicity result lots of nations such as: Egyptian, Tunisian, Libyan, Algerian, Moroccan, Iraqi, Yemenite, Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Palestinian etc…
Albanians like Malay and Bulgarians
By referring the Albanians nations we can find a lot of similarly cases in whole world. For example: the Malay nation is not created because they “have a fancy for”. One piece of the Malay’s land was occupied by England and another part from Holland. The Malay people in Indonesia and Malaysia speak same language and have same culture, same religion, and they live in one compact territory, but the only thing that change is political infrastructure. Thus Malaysia 20 million like ex colony of England is one of the must development state to the Asia while the ex colony of the Holland, Indonesia if even 200 million, is one of the must undeveloped state in Asia. So, Malays and Indonesians even if they have good neighborhood relations, they consider like different nations. But the must similar case is Bulgaria. In 1878 when the Bulgaria won autonomy from Ottoman Empire, the bulk of Bulgarian peoples stayed outside the Bulgarian border. The political leaders on that time started to take care on the problems inside the Bulgarian borders by leaving beside the problems of the Bulgarians outside borders. A result of this politic which was lead by Prime Minister Stefan Stambullov [1854 – 1895], Bulgaria extends in west with Thrakia, but not with Macedonia. Bulgarians that left outside borders become more aggressive and nationalist. So, two of most popular and intelligent leader that whenever Bulgaria had in their history been killed: Stefan Stambullov and Aleksandar Stambolinski by (Macedonians) Bulgarian nationalist because “they didn’t try to join again left part of Bulgarians outside borders (Macedonia) with the Bulgaria”. Even when they killed Aleksandar Stambolinski (on 1923) they cut of his hand which he uses to sign for cooperation with Serbia which insisted on “forgetting that Macedonia is piece of Bulgaria”. However the historical destiny of the Bulgarian people makes that Macedonians to be formed like single nation by going to far with denying all cooperation with Bulgaria, even ethnicity by changing language and religion.
Kosovar nation, still in development time
The Albanians from Kosova don’t need to disavow Albania and their history like Macedonians did, but need to understand that Kosova needs new political infrastructure higher and more quality then Albania does.
Kosovars doesn’t need new language or new alphabet like Macedonians did, but this doesn’t mean that Kosovars doesn’t need to work on perfecting their language. If Albanians are using a lot of Italian and Greek worlds on their language that doesn’t mean that Kosovars need to do same or in contrary if Kosovars are using a lot of words in English language that doesn’t mean Albanians need to do same. So there is not any bad thing if we say “Kosovars variant of Albanian language”. This is not something new; we all know that there are three variants of English: British, American and Australian English, so we can have few variants of the Albanian language and this is not a bad thing.
Symbols and the terminology
Kosova as soon as possible need to create own symbols such: anthem, flag, and the national day. It will be good if Kosovars will decide for own symbols before international community will decide about. This should be done by referendum. But, it will be good if the Kosova’s flag won’t have lot of differences from Albanians flag. We know the feeling of Albanians as a majority in Kosova about this flag, so it will be good solution if the eagle and the red field will stay in Kosova’s flag. Dimensions can be different from the Albanian flag for example if the Albanian flag is rectangle, Kosova’s flag can be quadratic and above the eagle to write: Kosova. Or one option is and Rugova’s proposal, blue flag with Dardania’s symbol on it. That will give sens of antiquity of Kosovars in Kosova.
The anthem can be “Kur ra kushtrimi n’Kosovë” or another melody which will be made by professionals of music.
The national day can be 10 Jun for example; this is a day of the “Prizeren Allianc” and a day of capitulation of Serbians forces on Kosova. Or any other date related with the war in Kosova, KLA, or with NATO interventions here. Of course that 28 November will be celebration day for Kosova but that will be ethnical day not national day.
For terminology there are a lot Kosovars hero that done a lot for freedom of this place like: Ymer Prizreni, Haxhi Zeka, Hasan Prishtina, Xhafer Deva and Jashari family ect……
While we are talking about terminology we should be carefully, for example when we say “the Mother land” or “Motherhood state” for Albania because this is a contradict with Independence of Kosova because only national minorities have “Mother land” or “Motherhood state” but the nations have “brother State” or “Sister State” like Albania and Kosova. Also for international terminology we can not allow that “Kosova” to be called “Kosovo” like we did now.
So in the future peoples of Kosovo need to fulfill their resume like this:
State: Kosova, Nationality: Kosovarë, Ethnicity: their ethnical origin (Albanian, Serbian, Turk etc…) Mother tongue: their mother tongue (Albanian, Serbian, Turkish etc…).
This will be new identity of all of them that will live in the Independent State of Kosova and remember this will bring PEACE in Balkan.

Novembers for Albanians
I love Peace
Last day’s of November in Albania and Kosovo and everywhere where Albanians live are celebrating days. The November is flag month for Albanians, is the month when lot of things happened.
On November 1443 Skenderbeu (Albanian hero) won the fight from Ottomans and took of their flag and rise red flag with the black eagle like a symbol of the Albanians. He kept Albania for 25 years free and he prevent the Europe to be occupied by ottomans. After his death Albanians again become under ottoman invaders.
But they never stopped fighting ottomans, so in the 28 November 1912 they attainment to rise a flag and to announce Independence of Albania. The flag was same just like Skenderbeu’s flag; just this time was rise by Albanian hero Ismail Qemaili and was sew by Marigona. There was a lot of Kosovars there because they announce Albania independent state with all the ethnic places on it. But, there were a lot of wars after this, and some of the Albanians territory left outside this state.
Anyway Albanians in Kosovo never stopped to fight for freedom so this made a lot of thing to happen. On November is born Adem Jashari, the legendary hero of Kosovars and the father of the KLA. November is a month when KLA (Kosovo Liberty Army) for the first time appears in public. So, this is month when Albanians made big changes for their faith and this is the month when every Albanians respect these hero’s that done so much to free this country.
On November when you walk down street in Kosovo, you can feel the celebrating atmosphere and you see shine faces of all Albanians which are proud more then ever to be Albanians. Today the first thing that I sow when I opened a window was three flags: Albanian flag, Kosovo’s flag (that is still symbol of Kosovo’s because we know that symbols need to be approved from people by referendum), and USA flag like thank for helping us.
Everyone that I met these days hopefully says that this will be the last year that we are celebrating just Albania’s Independence, ‘cause next year we will celebrate our Independence also with new date and new flag. I will go out tonight; I will call my friends, and will take a red flag and will celebrate and pray God for Kosovo’s independence and PeAcE.

Where is me!!!
I love Peace
It been a while that I didn’t post anything. That’s because these days I’m studying the Middle East conflicts because of my homework that I have for next week. Did I say next week? Oh god I will talk to my professor and I will ask him for more time because I really like to make a good study and to read the whole history of the conflict.
The name of theme that I’m working about is to find out if the: Middle East conflict is religious or not?
I’m in the middle road right now and I don’t know what to say even that I’m between two hypotheses. First I’m trying to find out if really this conflict is because of the faith, if really is something spiritually that causes all this wars there or if the states that have interests there are trying to give this the religious color.
For getting one real conclusion I’m basing on the Jerusalem story. There is really interesting history about this place. Is interesting how both, Israel’s and Palestine consider this the holy place and both want it for their state.
But, the part that I can’t understand is how those people made all those wars, all those victims and still they didn’t found one solution about this case.
And I cannot stop asking myself, “How it come that based on the faith they are killing all this peoples by trying to give to God a good proof that they love him”? Isn’t the best way to respect God by respecting his creation “lives of peoples”?
Anyway is not my duty to talk about moral at this time. All I need to do is to focus on the conflict cause and to verify my hypotheses. It looks I need to check Qur'än and Bible to se the spirituality connections of both peoples with this Place.
Until then I will try to give you a part of the Kosovo’s event. The most important news is that Ahtisar start visiting Balkan and right now he is on Serbia.
But, if you can’t wait you can check on the link under this post and there is a wonderful blog describing all events that are happening here. Finally I found something similar with my blog with a lot of comments from different persons. It good feeling when you see a lot of peoples giving their opinion about what they think for Kosova’s situation, and what they are waiting from the negotiations.
What I like mostly there is that it looks that everyone likes PEACE.

Kostunica’s speech on Serbia's Parliament
I love Peace
The Serbian Parliament has approved the project resolution of the Serbian Government for Kosovo. In the proposed reason from government, the prime minister of Serbia Vojislav Kostunica said that the resolving of Kosovo status need to save integrity of the Serbian and Montenegro territory, and the substantial autonomy for Albanians in Kosovo. On his speech Kostunica also said that “there is not any case in whole world that any national minority (on this way he calls Albanian in Kosovo) has the right to make their own state”. He said that “the right for the self determine pertain just people, but not national minorities. Albanian in Europe has their own state with century, so in Serbia they can win just wind political and territorial autonomy.
He also said that for his meaning Independence of Kosovo will cause irregularity not only on the region but in international arena also”.
“The government and Parliament of Serbia will be unique that Kosovo is the constituent part of Serbia’s, and that need to stay like that”, said Kostunica. For this resolution voted all deputies accept those from Democratic Party- President Boris Tadics’s Party, which abstained.
My opinion about this is just like all Kosovars opinion, this resolution is b.ll sh.t .
Here you have some facts that make the Kostunica’s speech incorrect and completely lie:
First Kosovo is not part of Serbia. If you read the history of Kosovo or even if you read the history of Serbia you will see that on the time when Serbia was recognized like state, Kosovo was not part of Serbia’s territory. On that time Kosovo was not natural part of Serbia’s government so why that need to be artificial part of Serbia? Kosovo become later part of Serbia. It wasn’t part of Serbia that’s why Kosovo was occupied by Serbia. So, Kosovo is occupied part and the people of Kosovo is not national minority of any state, people of Kosovo is “PEOPLE” and need to have the right of self determine and right to built his own state in their own territory, this right that Kostunica knows very well.
Second, the Albanians has their own state- (……….just look the same ideology of Kostunica with Milosevic when they depart and genocide the people of Kosovo to send them on their own state “Albania”…… this shows that leaders of Democratic Serbia” now have same ideology with Milosevic………….) -Albanians have one state but Kosovars don’t have any. Kosovars are not national minority and they don’t want to have their state based on nationality or ethnic state because if they could want this that will be a big problem for Serbia and all Balkan because Albanian nationality and ethnic territory includes half of territory that now pertain to Serbia-(Nish, Presheva, Bujanovc, Medvexha etc..), half of territory of Macedonia-(Tetova, Ohrid, SHkup, Strug, Kumanov,……etc….) , one peace of Montenegro-(Ulcin, Plav, Guci…etc…), one peace of Greek-(there where Arvanitas lives), one peace of Italia-(there where Arberesh lives). This will be the map of all “Albanians state”.
However, I will repeat again that his is not wish of Kosovo or Albania and this is showed by resolution of Albania that wants Kosovo to be independent state not to joy Albania and this is showed by all the wars and all the documents that Kosovo did all this years that this PEOPLE want to have Independence.
Third, Mr. Kostunica should know that Kosovo state won’t be based on national or ethnic nature because this won’t be only Albanian state but this will be multiethnic state which will include Serbians, Turkish, Bosnian, Goran, and gipsy nationality on this state but of course with Albanian majority. They all together will be one nation called “Kosovar” and will have same flag, same anthem, and the most important thing Kosovo will be democratic state and there won’t be ethnical, cultural, and educational difference but it will be the example of the coexistence of multinational peoples, minorities, nationalities which are gratefulness or convicted to live together but when all this peoples will have their right and respect for each others.
Fourth, I don’t know for what destabilize of region Mr. Kostunica is talking about? When I heard the Kostunica’s speech I went and checked the Balkans map and there I sow the Macedonia in border of Kosovo which is pro Kosovo’s independence, I sow Albania with is also pro independence, I sow Montenegro which is not against Kosovo independence and then I was sure that on region Kosovo will be stabilized place and have good relation ship with all neighbors.
Kosovo Independence will stabilized state of Serbia also, because when we will be Independent state Serbia will look forward for integration on the European Union or on NATO or on many international organizations in the world and just when Kosovo will become Independent, Serbia will become democratic place for all citizens that lives there because they will have time to resolve their problems and the winners of election will win based on the economic and democratic plans not on the nationalistic speech against Kosovo like always leaders of parties do during elections in Serbia.
However, for international arena I can say that will be problem independence of Kosovo, just in case if Serbia will try to do another war here that will cause an international problem (if Russia or Kina will support them). Or maybe Kostunica was seeing far away and was trying to say that they can cause FOURTH WORLD WAR……ha-ha……!!!!!! Who knows!? They did ones on First World War!!!!
However, all Deputies of Serbian acclaim Kostunica’s speech and this showed that all these deputies don’t know good their history or they have tried to learn it but they are based just in Serbian writers and books…… or if this is not like this then our way really will be hard because we have to do with “smart peoples” which can change the history of all Balkan just for their interest and this shows that they can do everything like always did.
This don’t need to make us afraid, but this need to make us to open our eyes and to don’t let them play dirtily games and to put down their lies with facts.
I know we have a lot of FACTS, Facts that are based on truth and with our truthfully we need to win a trust of all international community even if they knows good our way and sacrifice for freedom and independence in all this centuries.

New resolution for status of Kosova
I love Peace
Before few days, Albanian Parliament have approved one resolution for Kosova status. They showed that Albania is pro- independence of Kosova and on this way is trying to help Kosova for full Independence. This resolution is voted from all deputies of Albania’s Parliament.
After some declaration made by ministry for foreign affairs, Besnik Mustafaj that Kosovo need to have conditional independence, this resolution from Albanian Government is welcomed for the people of Kosovo because there is no named any conditional for Kosovo but there says that Kosovo needs to have full independence.
Also this gives another benefit for Kosovo because by this resolution there won’t be anymore illusions that Albanians are trying to be together in one state “Great Albania”. This showed that Albanians are not living anymore in illusions or in “folkloric time” for having all Albanians territories on one states, this shows that all they want is good, safe, and independent future.

My opinion about Kosovo resolution
I love Peace
I didn't comment before the Kosovo's resolution approved from parliament of Kosovo because I don’t know what to say. It really has a good side and bad side.
A good side is that leaders of Kosovo in the end have one plan for Kosovo status, now they have one document in the place of the worlds that they use to say always. Now they can say that they can do something together, and when Ahtisar or any other international leader comes for visit, they will have one paper when they wrote something. Also as we know this was the only way to go ahead with other plans because some of our leaders recondite the work of the negotiations group with this reconfirmation so now new plans can go on and be prepared of course based on the parliament resolution.
The bad side of this is that confirmation was needed to came from Albanians peoples directly with referendum, but for my meaning this reconfirmation was unnecessarily because we never didn’t lose our volition for independence and for that we had one referendum for independence of Kosova on the 1991 when 100% of all Kosovars was pro- independence of Kosovo so we don’t need to confirm our wish for independence any more. The other bad thing is that this is the maximum that we are trying to get from negotiations and always when you say that there will be a consensus mean that two delegations will take of something from their plans, they can not take everything they want and in this case we cant take off nothing and in this way we will be negotiation and un-consensus part on this negotiations.

Foray of “Adem Jashari’s” family, hard provocation for Albanians
I love Peace
In midnight of the 11 November 2005, the Jasharaj family had one hard provocation from KFOR, UN police and police of Kosovo (SHPK).
It was just same night like long time ago when Jasharaj family used to be surrounded by the army and the paramilitary of Serbia which was going to foray them for arms and anything else, and which from same army during the war time was massacres all the members of this family except three or four children’s which were not at home and one boy who was outside the Kosovo on that time.
Just to remain that for Albanians the Jasharaj family is saint place and saint family which symbolize the resistance and the freedom of this country. The Adem Jashari was the commandant and the father of the Kosovo Liberation Army which in the fighting with Serbian army and paramilitary got killed and after this they massacre his family.
The only difference in 11’s November night from these times written above is that there was no fight and no hurt people when KFOR surrounded the Jasharaj Houses, there was French KFOR with UN police and Kosovo police who entered in midnight in Jashari family without any warning or bylaw and foray everything on their houses and after this when the journalist asked the KFOR for this foray they said that they cannot talk about.
And for one Albanian family this is called shame. For Albanian people this is called shame.
Everyone is hurt with this KFOR action and it is like a provocation on Albanian people because if we just start looking behind there are a lot of peoples on Kosovo which still live in Kosovo or in any neighbors state that had done a massacres on this family or in any other Albanian family and they never got foray. There are a lot of trouble makers on whole Kosovo and KFOR or police never foray them. There are e lot of killing that are happening and KFOR or Police are not finding the authors of these killings.
And what the KFOR did with this? On this case they have foray one legendary family and here in Kosovo stay the impression that KFOR is harass innocent peoples in inability to catch criminals and trouble makers.
There is a lot of work here for KFOR and Police a lot of thing that needs to be done, so these will be the smartest thing that they need to do and for what they are here.
We must tell everyone that this is not the first time that French KFOR is playing with Kosovars patience and this is not first time when they find a not convenient time to touch Albanians feeling on one historical time when we need to be patient and to forget everything behind us just to win our century wish which is INDEPENDENCE.
We all can imagine the fillings of Jasharaj family on that time; they are treating like any criminal family. We all can imagine how the survived members of the family felt when they remembered that night when everyone of their family got killed.
This really hurt, so French KFOR must know that is on their own good to remind themselves something when still is not late that:
Albanians are very peace peoples, but when become on question mark their dignity, the homeland faith; they don’t let anyone to touch their dignity, their patience has one limit so it will be in their goodness to pull their finger in a head before they touch again this family.
No one here is against KFOR, on the contrary we like them, we love them like we did when they came here for the first time during the war time, but all we want is to respect us just like we respect them, not to play with our feelings.

Around us
I love Peace
The story that I will write on was a “boom” on my family and on me too. I sow that peoples can be blind even if they have their eyes on. I sow how indifferent we are from a lot of bad things that happened around us.
The story that I’m talking to has happened this days on one mine cousin’s family. My far cousin come at my house to talk to my father about some problems that he have in his house that he can’t resolve by his self so he needed some advices since newer in his life he didn’t even imagine that something like that gonna happened. He was my father best friend always so he believed that he will give any good advice to him.
Before few days his son who is 25 years old came home crying and he told his father to send him to medic because long time he is taking drugs and he wanted to stop taking it any more but he couldn’t do that by himself. Our causing got socked it was the first time in his life that he have heard that someone that he knew was taking drug. He didn’t know just what to do, so he wears his coat and run to our house to ask my father what to do.
My father was shocked too, but he told him to take his son and to send him to hospital and then to do what medics will tell him to do. And he did the same thing, that day he took his boy and sends him to hospital and then they told him to stay on hospital until they will make him strong to survive without taking drug. He is still in hospital and the medics are taking care for him.
First medics asked him how long he took drugs but he wasn’t sure about time because he stopped it for a while when he was taking it like smoke and after while he start taking it needle. But after test they found out that for one year and a half he is taking drugs with needle. Then the medic asked him why he takes it for the first time? And he answered that he didn’t knew for sure if that was drug because his friend told him that that is just special cigarette. And then he liked it and everyday he uses to smoke it with his friends. After this they was curious to try another kind of drugs so they start taking with noise and then by needle. His family didn’t notice anything at this time. Once, before a year they send him to medic because he was sick and they asked him why his eyes are always kind of red and why he looks bloodless but the medic told then that a boy have some problems with adrenals so this are the symptom’s of this. This was a story which his father told it to our family.
So now G… (like this I will call my cousin in future) is on hospital. It looks like in hospital they have special department for taking care about these peoples.
I was curious to see that place so when my parents went to visit him on hospital I please them to take and me there. I was happy that hospital has one place like that for resolving these problems but I sow that all the rooms was empty and when I asked one medic why all of rooms are empty he told me that they don’t have patient.
And I was thinking if really there aren’t anymore peoples that are using drugs? G… said that he start it with his friends? How many friends? Where are they now? Are they still using drugs? Did somebody from their family know that they are taking drugs? We know that there are a little chances that one drug addict ask for help, every one of them run from help, but is terrible when we a society are so little organized to help these peoples.
But, I know that we need to do something about. We need to inform all families, all pupils, all students for dangerous.
It was truly that before 1999 here was not this kind of problems but I think that kosovars needs to stop being pride for the healthiest youth in the whole world. I think we all need to take a look around, and to see how blinds we are. I think we need to do something; I need to do something about this. This makes us inability society so we need to stop this thing happened to our neighbors, to our cousins because is we tolerate today this to happened to them, tomorrow will happened to us. We really need to do something.
The story that I will write on was a “boom” on my family and on me too. I sow that peoples can be blind even if they have their eyes on. I sow how indifferent we are from a lot of bad things that happened around us.

"One day"
I love Peace
I was to visit my relatives. They live in one village in Shterpce municipality which is multiethnic populated. One of my cousins was going on meeting with some non government organizations and I went with him.
We went there on meeting on the Serbian side and talk about their new project. On the brakes (rests), I was talking with some Serbians about the Kosovo situation. They were about my aged and one of them was studying in Beograd University for Political Sciences. I was curious to hear them talking about Kosovo and to have their opinion and their hopes for here. I asked them about the economic and politic situation in Shterpce ‘cuse since I don’t live there I’m little away from their problems, and they started to explain that the economic situation there is very bad because they don’t have a lot of chances to get job and this is very bad because lot of peoples are living on bad living conditions. They said that Government need to do more for this place since here is a tourist place and with a little invest things can change for good.
While for political situations they said that everything is going good since they don’t have any problem with Albanians and they are free to move in whole Kosovo without problem and whenever they like. Then I asked them what they think about Kosovo status?
Nobody talk. I was trying to find out why they are so quite on this question. Are they afraid or what? Then by insisting to get one answer I asked them which status will be convenient for them? After this one of them said: I think that for moment Serbians in Kosovo are not sure what to do. To go in Serbia’s negotiation group or with Kosovo’s negotiation group, or to make their own group. On this time they are in the crossroad which is not easy to choose on which side to go.
Anyway in the end, she said that a good choice for them will be that Kosovo and Serbia to be together but this is one big question mark for us like for you independence. They said that they will be more safe and secure if Kosovo will enjoy Serbia and Montenegro Union and this was a part when I didn’t agree with them like majority peoples in Kosovo. I told them that they are looking just one side of all of this. I asked them what about Albanians, which are 90% and all of them likes Kosovo independence? I asked them what if albanians in Kosovo wants to enjoy Albania? And then I tried to explain to them why we don’t want to do that because the main reason is that we want to make our state which will be different from others states in Balkan.
However we continued talking and in the end we agreed that the only thing that is important for is to have more jobs, to save this stability and cooperation between this two ethnicities and to have good life here together in Kosovo. Then I start talking with my faculty college from Beograd University and he said that just a diplomacy and Medias in Beograd care about Serbians because peoples that are born there, they don’t talk for Kosovo and they are not very interesting what’s going on here. And then I asked him if in University they talk about Kosovo and what the academic level things about final status? And he start laughing and said: “I can’t tell you that your state will be independent but I can tell you this that what we learn for Kosovo is same like we learn for Cyprus or Israel, and he said I’m sure that our leadership don’t have any idea that is doing with Kosovo all that they can say for here is “more then autonomy and less then independence””. I said that it’s just like with our leaders that all that they can say is” JUST INDEPENDENCE” and they don’t have any idea or plan how to make this come true.
After this conversation they continued meeting and the focus was: how to develope our municipality.
Anyway from this visit I understood how much people of Kosovo is doing for a good life, I understood that even if we are different in our meanings or even if we have different ways to realize our ideas, our goals are same, and our faith is same because we live in same place, near each others. The time when we used to oppress each others is over.
So, and I’m sure that “one day” we will understand that just together we can achieve our goals and we can be important part of the world “without them” that Albanians and Serbians calls that they are their MOTHERS STATE.
“One day” we will understand that together we can do everything that we want just the precondition of this is to love same thing. But, I want “that day” to become TODAY so in this way and future will change and will be a good future.
